Connector alignment matched better than expected while replacing the old component cause the ice maker stopped filling correctly. Unit completed a full cycle without issues.

The small leak developed near inlet section on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Installation wasnt too difficult overall and the replacement solved it.
