Terms of Sale 

 

1. Payments

payment has been accepted and verified.  We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

 

2. Shipping

Average Ground Shipping Times are not guaranteed, although we typically carry stock across all distribution centres, some orders may take up to 5 business days based on regional availability. For guaranteed transit times, please contact us. Most orders placed on normal business days (non-US holidays), Monday through Friday before 2 PM EST, generally ship the same day unless the item is back-ordered, in which case you will be notified by email within 24 hours of placing that order.  Back-ordered items, although rare, can take from one to fourteen business days to be fulfilled.  

PartsAPS ships packages using UPS, FedEx and United States Postal Service.  Although in nearly all cases we use the carrier you select in checkout, we reserve the right to use a different carrier of equal timeliness of delivery, should the need arise (if you provide a PO box and request service with UPS, we will use USPS if we cannot contact you to get a non-PO address).  Not all shipping rates are guaranteed - in some rare cases, shipping charges quoted in checkout may be less than the actual cost of shipping due to reasons out of our control - PartsAPS reserves the right to charge you the additional incurred fees.  PartsAPS is not responsible or liable for delays caused by any of the carriers we use, and are not responsible or liable for damages caused to products in transit, or products lost in transit. 

 

3. Warranties

PartsAPS retains the exclusive and sole right to validate all warranty claims.  If there is a claim, customer must obtain a return merchandise authorization number by contacting customer support  and send product back with shipping prepaid - shipping will not be covered.  Products returned without authorization will be refused and sent back to the customer.  Warranty is void if product has been abused, accidentally or intentionally damaged or modified; operated or maintained contrary to the instructions in the operating manual, used with non-food products.  We reserve the right to repair or replace items returned under warranty at our option.

 

4. Returns

PartsAPS retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by PartsAPS. Please obtain a return authorization number by contacting customer support.

 

Generally, PartsAPS will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable. PartsAPS issues refunds generally within 72 hrs of receiving the returned item, once we verify that it is in re-sellable condition.  There is no restocking fee on returns due to defective merchandise or PartsAPS shipping errors (if reported within 30 days). All other returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Freight must be prepaid by the customer and will be reimbursed for defective merchandise and PartsAPS shipping errors.

 

Refunds will be processed only to the original method of payment (credit or debit card) used for placing the order.
