Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the ice maker stopped filling correctly. Thankfully mounting holes lined up correctly during install and everything is working again.

Replacement Observation

Connector alignment matched better than expected while replacing the old component because the small leak developed near inlet section. Cooling performance seems stable again.
