Parts Emergency? We now offer same day shipping of your product.

In an effort to make getting what you want easier we opted for this same day shipping policy. Based on the regional availability the order may take 5 business days to reach your door. The customers are requested to opt for the same day delivery they have to place the order before 2PM EST. If the product is out-stock, in that case within the 24hrs of placing that order you will be notified through email. In nearly all cases we use the carrier you select in checkout. We here mentioned the terms and conditions of same day shipping policies please go through all the points before you place the order, as after placing the order any alteration of our terms and conditions is not possible from our side.

Terms & condition of Shipping Policy:

• 1. Average Ground Shipping Times are not guaranteed, although we typically carry stock across all distribution centres, some orders may take up to 5 business days based on regional availability. For guaranteed transit times, please contact us.
• 2. Most orders placed on normal business days (non-US holidays), Monday through Friday before 2 PM EST, generally ship the same day unless the item is back-ordered, in which case you will be notified by email within 24 hours of placing that order.
• 3. Back-ordered items, although rare, can take from 1 to 14 business days to be fulfilled.
• 4. PartsAPS ships packages using UPS, FedEx and United States Postal Service.
• 5. But we reserve the right to use a different carrier of equal timeliness of delivery, should the need arise (if you provide a PO box and request service with UPS, we will use USPS if we cannot contact you to get a non-PO address).
• 6. Not all shipping rates are guaranteed - in some rare cases, shipping charges quoted in checkout may be less than the actual cost of shipping due to reasons out of our control - PartsAPS reserves the right to charge you the additional incurred fees.
• 7. PartsAPS is not responsible or liable for delays caused by any of the carriers we use, and are not responsible or liable for damages caused to products in transit, or products lost in transit.
• 8. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Economy shipping carrier selection is at the discretion of PartsAPS and may include USPS.
• 9. When you place your order, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package from our door to yours.
