Ended up ordering this because the dishwasher had standing water at bottom. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Packaging was decent and part arrived undamaged.

Replacement Observation

Access was a little tight behind the panel while replacing the old component because the old drain pump started making grinding noise. Noise issue disappeared after replacement.
