Took around thirty minutes from start to finish while replacing the old component because the oven temperature was fluctuating badly. Repair solved the original problem.

Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the heating cycle became inconsistent. Thankfully connector alignment matched better than expected and everything is working again.
