Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the original component had worn out over time. Thankfully access was a little tight behind the panel and everything is working again.

Mounting holes lined up correctly during install while replacing the old component because the original component had worn out over time. Cooling performance seems stable again.

Ended up ordering this because the older unit needed replacement part. Connector alignment matched better than expected. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Worth verifying model number before ordering though.
