If your heat pump's fan is not running, it might because of a bad fuse and flipped circuit breaker. So, you need to check the fuse and breakers in your house. If the fuse is defective, you have to replace it. Try flipping the circuit breaker to the closed position. In addition, you must check the wirings of your Trane heat pump that are old and worn out. If they are loosened or damaged, tighten or repair. If you are unable to check the wirings, take the help of a specialist.
