Installation wasnt too difficult overall while replacing the old component because the older unit needed replacement part. Repair solved the original problem.

Replacement Observation
The original component had worn out over time on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Needed basic hand tools only and the replacement solved it.

Installation Experience
Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the appliance suddenly stopped working properly. Thankfully access was a little tight behind the panel and everything is working again.
