The small leak developed near inlet section on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install and the replacement solved it.

Ended up ordering this because the ice maker stopped filling correctly. Had to double check model compatibility first. Cooling performance seems stable again. Packaging was decent and part arrived undamaged.
