The buttons were no longer reacting correctly on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Fitment on our appliance was accurate and the replacement solved it.

Repair Outcome
Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the control panel stopped responding randomly. Thankfully mounting holes lined up correctly during install and everything is working again.
