Had to replace this after our older unit needed replacement part. Access was a little tight behind the panel. Cooling performance seems stable again. Packaging was decent and part arrived undamaged.

The older unit needed replacement part on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install and the replacement solved it.

Replacement Observation
Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the appliance suddenly stopped working properly. Thankfully mounting holes lined up correctly during install and everything is working again.
