Took around thirty minutes from start to finish while replacing the old component because the oven temperature was fluctuating badly. Cooling performance seems stable again.

Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the dryer was no longer heating properly. Thankfully access was a little tight behind the panel and everything is working again.
