Took around thirty minutes from start to finish while replacing the old component because the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Repair solved the original problem.

The control panel stopped responding randomly on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Needed basic hand tools only and the replacement solved it.

Had to replace this after our refrigerator would reboot intermittently. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. Everything powered back on correctly afterward. Packaging was decent and part arrived undamaged.
