Access was a little tight behind the panel while replacing the old component because the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Noise issue disappeared after replacement.

Repair Outcome

Had to double check model compatibility first while replacing the old component because the control panel stopped responding randomly. No leaks or issues noticed so far.
