The buttons were no longer reacting correctly on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Access was a little tight behind the panel and the replacement solved it.

Replacement Observation
Had to replace this after our refrigerator would reboot intermittently. Access was a little tight behind the panel. Repair solved the original problem. Part quality feels reasonable compared to original one.

Repair Outcome
Fitment on our appliance was accurate while replacing the old component because the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Appliance has been running normally since then.
