The original component had worn out over time on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Needed basic hand tools only and the replacement solved it.

Connector alignment matched better than expected while replacing the old component because the appliance suddenly stopped working properly. Repair solved the original problem.

Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the original component had worn out over time. Thankfully mounting holes lined up correctly during install and everything is working again.
