Ended up ordering this cause the refrigerator would reboot intermittently. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. No leaks or issues noticed so far. Packaging was decent and part arrived undamaged.

The buttons were no longer reacting correctly on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Needed basic hand tools only and the replacement solved it.
