Mounting holes lined up correctly during install while replacing the old component because the small leak developed near inlet section. Cooling performance seems stable again.

Repair Note

Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the ice maker stopped filling correctly. Thankfully fitment on our appliance was accurate and everything is working again.
