Repair Outcome
Had to replace this after our refrigerator would reboot intermittently. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Repair turned out easier than expected honestly.

Repair Note
Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Thankfully connector alignment matched better than expected and everything is working again.
