Installation Experience
Ended up ordering this because the unit had vibration issue during operation. Needed basic hand tools only. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Packaging was decent and part arrived undamaged.

Replacement Observation
The blower motor completely stopped spinning on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install and the replacement solved it.
