Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Thankfully mounting holes lined up correctly during install and everything is working again.

Installed this when the refrigerator would reboot intermittently. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. No leaks or issues noticed so far.
