Installation wasnt too difficult overall while replacing the old component because the refrigerator would reboot intermittently. Unit completed a full cycle without issues.

The buttons were no longer reacting correctly on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Access was a little tight behind the panel and the replacement solved it.
