Connector alignment matched better than expected while replacing the old component cause the blower motor completely stopped spinning. Noise issue disappeared after replacement.

Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the blower motor completely stopped spinning. Thankfully had to double check model compatibility first and everything is working again.
