The dryer started making loud squealing noise on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install and the replacement solved it.

Connector alignment matched better than expected while replacing the old component because the unit had vibration issue during operation. Noise issue disappeared after replacement.
