Ended up ordering this because the water flow became inconsistent. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. Noise issue disappeared after replacement.

Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the ice maker stopped filling correctly. Thankfully fitment on our appliance was accurate and everything is working again.
