The buttons were no longer reacting correctly on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Had to double check model compatibility first and the replacement solved it.

Repair Note

The refrigerator would reboot intermittently on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install and the replacement solved it.

Helpful Product Insight

Needed basic hand tools only while replacing the old component because the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Cooling performance seems stable again.
