Replacement Observation
Installed this when the blower motor completely stopped spinning. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. Appliance has been running normally since then.

Replacement Observation
The unit had vibration issue during operation on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Took around thirty minutes from start to finish and the replacement solved it.
