Mounting holes lined up correctly during install while replacing the old component because the water flow became inconsistent. Appliance has been running normally since then.

Replacement Observation
Used this replacement after the water flow became inconsistent. Fitment on our appliance was accurate. Cooling performance seems stable again. Worth verifying model number before ordering though.
