After dealing with a situation where the control panel stopped responding randomly, we installed this replacement part. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Worth verifying model number before ordering though.

Replacement Observation

Needed basic hand tools only while replacing the old component because the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Everything powered back on correctly afterward.
