Installation Experience
Mounting holes lined up correctly during install while replacing the old component because the blower motor completely stopped spinning. Noise issue disappeared after replacement.

Replacement Observation
The unit had vibration issue during operation on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install and the replacement solved it.
