The control panel stopped responding randomly on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Access was a little tight behind the panel and the replacement solved it.

After dealing with a situation where the control panel stopped responding randomly, we installed this replacement part. Appliance has been running normally since then. Packaging was decent and part arrived undamaged.
