Ended up ordering this because the blower motor completely stopped spinning. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. Cooling performance seems stable again. Worth verifying model number before ordering though.

Replacement Observation

The blower motor completely stopped spinning on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Fitment on our appliance was accurate and the replacement solved it.
