Picked this up because the older unit needed replacement part. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. Cooling performance seems stable again.

Compatibility Feedback
Had to replace this after our older unit needed replacement part. Connector alignment matched better than expected. Noise issue disappeared after replacement.
