Ended up ordering this because the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. Everything powered back on correctly afterward. Would probably order again if needed.

After dealing with a situation where the refrigerator would reboot intermittently, we installed this replacement part. No leaks or issues noticed so far. Worth verifying model number before ordering though.
