Mounting holes lined up correctly during install while replacing the old component because the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. No leaks or issues noticed so far.

Ended up ordering this because the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Access was a little tight behind the panel. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Would probably order again if needed.

Repair Outcome
Needed basic hand tools only while replacing the old component because the refrigerator would reboot intermittently. Appliance has been running normally since then.
