Mounting holes lined up correctly during install while replacing the old component because the oven temperature was fluctuating badly. Cooling performance seems stable again.

Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the heating cycle became inconsistent. Thankfully access was a little tight behind the panel and everything is working again.
