Access was a little tight behind the panel while replacing the old component because the original component had worn out over time. Noise issue disappeared after replacement.

Replacement Observation
Picked this up cause the older unit needed replacement part. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Would probably order again if needed.
