Mounting holes lined up correctly during install while replacing the old component because the appliance suddenly stopped working properly. Appliance has been running normally since then.

Replacement Observation

Ended up ordering this because the original component had worn out over time. Needed basic hand tools only. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Repair turned out easier than expected honestly.
