The control panel stopped responding randomly on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Needed basic hand tools only and the replacement solved it.

Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Thankfully mounting holes lined up correctly during install and everything is working again.
