Installation wasnt too difficult overall while replacing the old component because the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Noise issue disappeared after replacement.

Installed this when the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Connector alignment matched better than expected. Appliance has been running normally since then. Repair turned out easier than expected honestly.

Installation Experience
The buttons were no longer reacting correctly on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Needed basic hand tools only and the replacement solved it.
