Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the buttons were no longer reacting correctly. Thankfully access was a little tight behind the panel and everything is working again.

Replacement Observation
The control panel stopped responding randomly on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Needed basic hand tools only and the replacement solved it.

Repair Note
Mounting holes lined up correctly during install while replacing the old component because the refrigerator would reboot intermittently. Noise issue disappeared after replacement.
