After dealing with a situation where the control panel stopped responding randomly, we installed this replacement part. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Would probably order again if needed.

Repair Note
Access was a little tight behind the panel while replacing the old component because the control panel stopped responding randomly. Everything powered back on correctly afterward.
