Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the blower motor completely stopped spinning. Thankfully access was a little tight behind the panel and everything is working again.

Picked this up cause the unit had vibration issue during operation. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Would probably order again if needed.
