Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the unit had vibration issue during operation. Thankfully took around thirty minutes from start to finish and everything is working again.

Mounting holes lined up correctly during install while replacing the old component because the blower motor completely stopped spinning. Repair solved the original problem.
