Ended up ordering this because the original component had worn out over time. Access was a little tight behind the panel. Cooling performance seems stable again. Part quality feels reasonable compared to original one.

Wasnt completely sure this would match at first since the older unit needed replacement part. Thankfully connector alignment matched better than expected and everything is working again.
