After dealing with a situation where the ice maker stopped filling correctly, we installed this replacement part. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Worth verifying model number before ordering though.

Needed basic hand tools only while replacing the old component cause the small leak developed near inlet section. Appliance has been running normally since then.
