Mounting holes lined up correctly during install while replacing the old component because the blower motor completely stopped spinning. Unit completed a full cycle without issues.

Repair Outcome

Needed basic hand tools only while replacing the old component cause the unit had vibration issue during operation. Noise issue disappeared after replacement.
