The original component had worn out over time on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Had to double check model compatibility first and the replacement solved it.

After dealing with a situation where the older unit needed replacement part, we installed this replacement part. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Packaging was decent and part arrived undamaged.
