The control panel stopped responding randomly on our appliance ended up being caused by a failing part. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install and the replacement solved it.

Repair Note

After dealing with a situation where the buttons were no longer reacting correctly, we installed this replacement part. Appliance has been running normally since then. Worth verifying model number before ordering though.
